Turnkey renovation

A renovation that actually gets finished

The whole cycle, from strip-out to a home you can move into with a suitcase. Our own crew does the work — one contract and one person answerable, instead of five.

What's included

The whole job on one side of the table

Four trades that normally have to be assembled from separate contractors.

01

Structure and finishes

Strip-out, screed, plaster, levelling, floors, ceilings, paint and tiling. Taken to the point where all that is left is moving your things in.

02

Building services

Electrics, plumbing, air conditioning and ventilation. Routed with headroom, so automation can be added later without opening the walls again.

03

Furniture and procurement

Kitchens, wardrobes and joinery made to measure. Materials, sanitaryware and appliances bought for you — no driving around suppliers.

04

Approvals and site management

Layout changes, sign-off with the building management and the developer, permits, programme and the handover inspection.

Stages

How the room changes as the work goes on

Drag the slider. These are the same four stages you will see in the site reports.

Strip-out

Old finishes come off, surplus partitions come down, debris goes out. Only now is it clear what we are really working with.

Process

Five steps and not one silent week

  1. 01

    Site visit

We come, measure, and look at the real state of the walls and services. The outcome is a real scope, not a guess from the floor area.

  2. 02

    Budget and programme

An itemised budget and a dated programme. You see what you are paying for and when each part happens.

  3. 03

    Contract and procurement

Scope, dates and terms fixed in writing. Materials bought against the schedule you approved.

  4. 04

    On site

Our crew on the job, a foreman reachable, photo reports by stage. Concealed work is signed off before it gets covered.

  5. 05

    Handover

Cleaning, a walk-through against the snag list with you, documentation and a warranty on the work.

Renovating anyway? Lay in the smart home now

If automation is on the cards at all, now is when it is cheapest: the cable routes and the panel only get built once.

Let's price the renovation line by line

Send a floor plan, or just the address. We come and look, then come back with an itemised budget and a dated programme — not a rate per square metre.
